Privacy policy
Last updated 31 August 2026
We collect as little personal data as we can, use it only to deliver and bill for our services, and never sell it.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address and company, when you email us or become a client.
- Billing information — the billing name, address and payment records needed to invoice you. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our systems.
- Project data — whatever you share with us so we can do the work.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries, deliver the services we agreed, take payment, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and keep our systems secure. We do not use your data for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to operate: our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and email providers, and our accountants. They process data on our instructions and are bound to keep it confidential. We also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a client, and afterwards only as long as we need to for legal and accounting purposes — typically seven years for financial records. Project data is deleted on request once an engagement ends.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@sixedge.com and we will respond within 30 days.
